Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain executive calendars
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems using Microsoft Office Suite
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office inventory
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense report preparation
