Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems for sensitive information
- Coordinate logistics for corporate events and meetings
- Assist with expense reports and budget tracking

Qualifications
