Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Screen communications, prioritize inquiries, and serve as primary liaison for internal/external stakeholders
- Organize departmental events, maintain filing systems, and oversee office supply inventory
- Assist in budget tracking, expense report processing, and vendor relationship management
- Support special projects including research compilation and data analysis
- Uphighest confidentiality standards while handling sensitive corporate information
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience (0-2 years)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
