Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating cross-departmental communications
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, presentations, and reports using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including complex itineraries and expense reporting
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships
- Manage office operations, including supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance
- Support special projects including event planning, meeting preparation, and data analysis
- Uphold strict confidentiality protocols while handling sensitive executive communications and documents
Qualifications
