Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex travel arrangements
- Prepare confidential documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems for efficient document retrieval
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and track key deliverables
- Handle expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking with meticulous attention to detail
- Represent the executive team professionally in all communications and interactions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
