Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate high-level meetings, travel arrangements, and conference logistics
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication
- Manage expense reports, budget tracking, and financial documentation with precision
- Coordinate special projects and events, including vendor management and execution of company initiatives
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with absolute discretion
- Streamline office operations and implement efficient administrative workflows
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Bachelor's preferred)
