Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and prioritizing competing priorities
- Coordinate cross-functional communications between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for executive communications, filtering and prioritizing inquiries
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking for executive departments
- Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, conferences, and corporate events
- Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with data protection protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- 0-2 years of professional administrative or executive support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished professionalism
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
