We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry Level Data Entry Clerk and Receptionist. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and maintain customer and employee records into our CRM and database systems.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Greet and welcome visitors to our office, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail and packages to respective departments.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining office calendars.
- Prepare general correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain both digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy document retrieval.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong typing speed (minimum 35 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office setting.
- Reception experience is a plus, but not required for this entry-level position.
