Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer information, sales data, and employee records into our CRM and database systems.
- Review source documents for errors, discrepancies, and missing information before data entry.
- Sort, file, and maintain physical and electronic records to ensure organized filing systems.
- Perform regular data audits to identify and correct errors, ensuring 99% accuracy in all entries.
- Assist the administrative team with scheduling, drafting emails, and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data for ongoing projects.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and security.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry or an administrative assistant role is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Exceptional typing skills (minimum 40-50 WPM) with a focus on accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
