Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and manage email correspondence to ensure executives remain organized and on time.
- Document Management: Prepare, format, and distribute reports, memos, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Data Entry & Research: Maintain accurate databases, update client records, and conduct light market research as needed.
- Office Coordination: Manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and coordinate office supplies and equipment.
- Event Support: Assist in planning and executing company events, webinars, and team building activities.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; Entry Level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
