Responsibilities
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace and managing office supplies inventory.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings for executives and team members.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel and screening visitors.
- Documentation: Prepare, edit, and format internal documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into company databases and CRM systems to maintain records.
- Travel Coordination: Assist in booking domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional administrative or office support experience.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Certificate in Office Administration is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with scheduling software (e.g., Calendly, Google Workspace).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
