Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
Qualifications
