Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors, answer multi-line phone systems professionally, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Data Management: Perform data entry tasks, file documents, and maintain accurate digital and physical records for the organization.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and preparing meeting materials and agendas.
- Office Support: Order office supplies, manage inventory, and assist the team with general administrative projects as needed.
- Client Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
