Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist in data entry and the maintenance of accurate records.
- Provide general office support, including ordering supplies and greeting visitors.
Qualifications
