Responsibilities
- Manage and distribute incoming emails, phone calls, and mail in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records within our CRM system.
- Create, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors.
- Assist with inventory management and procurement of office supplies.
- Support the executive team with ad-hoc projects and special administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
