Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Manage and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy document retrieval.
- Schedule meetings, arrange travel itineraries, and prepare meeting materials.
- Assist with data entry, word processing, and the preparation of reports.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
