Responsibilities
- Communication Management: Manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Data Entry & Filing: Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Scheduling Support: Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and preparing meeting materials for executives and staff.
- Office Operations: Handle general office duties such as mail distribution, supply ordering, expense reporting, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients and visitors at the front desk and respond to inquiries promptly.

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
