Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate department with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, taking detailed messages and forwarding them promptly.
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating databases, filing, and maintaining digital records with 100% accuracy.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meeting room setups.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Assist with inventory management and office supply ordering as needed.
- Support the executive team with various ad-hoc administrative projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
