- Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls; manage calendars to ensure optimal time management for the team.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and maintain accurate digital and physical records, reports, and correspondence.
- Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry tasks, update databases, and assist with basic bookkeeping and expense reporting.
- Office Support: Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and assist with inventory management and supply ordering.
- Client Relations: Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to the appropriate personnel or area.
Qualifications
