What You Will Do:
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed, ensuring all information is entered into our CRM and database systems correctly.
- Manage office correspondence, including drafting emails, answering phones, and routing messages to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents and records.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations by compiling data and formatting documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Coordinate schedules and arrange meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer navigation skills.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable internet connection and computer access for remote or hybrid tasks.
