Responsibilities
- Perform accurate Data Entry: Input, update, and maintain accurate records in our database systems with a high degree of precision.
- Manage Communications: Screen and direct incoming calls, emails, and visitors, ensuring professional correspondence.
- Schedule Management: Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and prepare meeting materials for management.
- Document Preparation: Draft, format, and proofread reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Office Administration: Handle inventory management, mail processing, and general clerical duties to keep the office running smoothly.
- Customer Support: Assist in addressing inquiries from clients and internal departments in a polite and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with data entry software.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and maintain data integrity.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Punctual, professional, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
