Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical filing systems, including data entry and document organization.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and internal functions.
- Project Support: Provide administrative support for various internal projects, preparing reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure the office is fully equipped.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
