- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, maintain digital and physical filing systems, and prepare reports.
- Project Support: Assist in coordinating office projects, tracking deadlines, and organizing office supplies.
- Client Relations: Greet visitors and provide general administrative support to ensure a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior administrative experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.

- Availability: Must be available for a flexible schedule including evenings or weekends as needed.
