Responsibilities
- Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and general correspondence with professionalism.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, compile, and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for efficient information retrieval.
- Assist in data entry and the maintenance of accurate records using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience or strong interest in an entry-level administrative role.
