Responsibilities
- Manage and organize daily schedules, including booking meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
- Assist in maintaining office filing systems and databases to ensure information is easily accessible.
- Coordinate team events and office activities to foster a positive company culture.
- Process invoices and assist with expense reporting as needed.
- Support management with data entry and market research tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply).
