Responsibilities
- Manage Daily Operations: Handle incoming inquiries, manage emails, and coordinate communication between departments and clients.
- Data Entry & Management: Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks, maintaining and updating digital databases with high precision.
- Schedule Coordination: Assist in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings to ensure efficient workflow.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, proofread, and organize internal documents, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Office Support: Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, assist with inventory management, and support other administrative duties as needed.
- Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent service and directing inquiries appropriately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, but we are happy to train motivated entry-level candidates.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
