Responsibilities
- Manage department calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming communications including phone calls, emails, and mail correspondence
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict attention to confidentiality
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders following procurement guidelines
- Assist with document preparation, editing, and distribution using Microsoft Office Suite
- Support event coordination and meeting logistics including room setup and catering

Qualifications

- 1 year of office support or customer service experience
