Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain sensitive databases and digital records
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence, including mail and electronic communications
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, and distribution
- Support departmental projects through research, data compilation, and report generation
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications
