Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for 5+ executives
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) with professional etiquette
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Organize and maintain physical/digital filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate office logistics including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire paperwork
- Support event planning and meeting preparation tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience (internships acceptable)
