Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate departmental meetings
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel
- Prepare, edit, and distribute official documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure data integrity

Qualifications
