- Manage and organize the front desk reception area to ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, phone calls, and daily mail.
- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings and external appointments using digital calendars.
- Assist in data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and support project management initiatives.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
