Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives
- Handle incoming communications (calls, emails, mail) and route appropriately
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Coordinate office logistics including supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Support event planning and travel arrangements for staff
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and expense report processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of administrative or office experience (internships accepted)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
