Responsibilities
- Manage and direct the daily operations of the office, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining the company calendar.
- Prepare internal and external correspondence, including emails, memos, and letters.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Support the marketing team with research, presentation preparation, and social media content scheduling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus, but we provide full training for the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
