As the architect of our 2026 technology roadmap, you'll lead a cross-functional team of engineers, researchers, and product strategists to incubate and scale disruptive platforms. You'll work directly with C-suite executives to align technological capabilities with business objectives, ensuring our innovations solve real-world challenges while creating exponential value.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, prioritizing emerging technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Lead a multidisciplinary team in developing proof-of-concepts for AI-driven automation, quantum-secure systems, and neuro-adjacent interfaces
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate next-gen startups into our ecosystem
- Establish ethical frameworks for deploying frontier technologies, focusing on transparency and societal benefit
- Present technology roadmaps to investors and board members, translating complex innovations into compelling narratives
- Drive R&D initiatives with $5M+ annual budget allocation for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience scaling emerging tech from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Track record of building high-performing cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and research
- Published research or patents in frontier technologies (IEEE/ACM/NEJM publications)
- Experience with enterprise-level tech roadmapping and 5+ year strategic planning
- Strong background in ethical tech governance and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
