Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 Quantum-Neural Integration project, aligning engineering efforts with long-term business goals.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the deployment of distributed neural networks optimized for quantum processing units (QPUs).
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of senior AI engineers, data scientists, and quantum researchers.
- Algorithm Development: Spearhead the research and development of novel algorithms that merge reinforcement learning with quantum error correction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, ethicists, and security experts to ensure robust, compliant, and ethical AI deployment.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and drive initiatives to reduce latency and improve throughput for edge computing applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex technical projects on time.
