Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the company's 2026 strategic goals.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) and assess their potential impact on business operations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to pilot and integrate innovative solutions into existing infrastructure.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to provide actionable insights to the C-Suite.
- Oversee vendor partnerships and technology acquisitions that drive long-term value.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of innovation initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or IT leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic narratives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing budgets and large-scale projects.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
