What You Will Do:
• Strategic Foresight: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with our long-term business goals for the year 2026.
• AI Integration: Spearhead the deployment of advanced AI solutions to automate complex workflows and enhance decision-making capabilities.
• R&D Leadership: Oversee a high-caliber research team focused on prototyping next-generation software and hardware solutions.
• Market Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to ensure Apex Horizon remains ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Identify key emerging technologies and create a strategic plan to integrate them into our core product lines by 2026.
- Lead AI Transformation: Direct the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to optimize operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Manage R&D Initiatives: Lead cross-functional teams in developing cutting-edge prototypes and proof-of-concept technologies.
- Drive Innovation Culture: Foster a culture of continuous innovation within the engineering and product teams.
- Communicate Vision: Present complex technical strategies to the executive board and stakeholders to secure buy-in for long-term investments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or executive capacity.
- Technical Acumen: Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and emerging tech trends relevant to 2026.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading large-scale engineering teams and managing complex projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; Master’s degree (MBA or MS) is preferred.
