Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends (AI, Quantum, Web3) and aligning them with business objectives.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on long-term innovation and feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging creative problem-solving and risk-taking.
- Monitor global tech landscapes to anticipate disruptions and competitive threats.
- Oversee strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups.
- Present the future vision to stakeholders, investors, and the public.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading innovation teams and delivering breakthrough technologies.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market trends and technological shifts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience managing large budgets and high-performing cross-functional teams.
