Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 strategic technology roadmap, aligning with company-wide business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in R&D to prototype and validate cutting-edge technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Human-Machine Interfaces.
- Identify emerging market trends and assess their potential impact on our product suite.
- Manage budget allocation and resource planning for high-impact future initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and rapid prototyping within the engineering department.
- Establish key partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, long-term strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging tech paradigms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- PMP or similar certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at the C-level.
