- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech innovation with business objectives
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Drive patent development and IP protection for proprietary technologies
- Mentor a team of 12+ specialists in emerging tech domains
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 12+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum projects from concept to production
- Deep expertise in Web3, machine learning, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Exceptional strategic planning with documented 2020+ tech implementations
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier
- Strong stakeholder management with Fortune 500 executive experience
