Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for 2026-ready technologies, focusing on Generative AI 2.0 and Neural Interfaces.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and futurists to prototype high-impact solutions.
- Identify emerging trends and assess their feasibility for integration into our core product lines.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for advanced AI deployment.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure funding and resources for ambitious long-term projects.
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons focused on next-generation problem solving.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the Technology sector, specifically in AI or Future Tech.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive products or technologies.
- Strong understanding of emerging paradigms including Quantum Computing, Edge AI, and Bio-hacking.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business plans.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale R&D budgets and teams.
