Responsibilities

- Lead Innovation Labs: Establish and manage internal R&D teams focused on prototyping next-generation technologies and user experiences.
- Strategic Foresight: Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to mitigate risks and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, design, and executive teams to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Resource Allocation: Manage a multi-million dollar budget for future technology acquisitions, talent acquisition, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for bold, futuristic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Distributed Systems.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to look beyond the current market landscape and anticipate future industry shifts.
- Leadership: Proven track record of building and mentoring high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
