Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the long-term vision for our AI integration strategy, specifically focusing on 2026 roadmap milestones.
- Lead the internal AI Ethics Committee, ensuring compliance with emerging global standards and bias mitigation protocols.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to design responsible algorithms for next-gen processing.
- Oversee the development of transparent, explainable AI models to build trust with stakeholders and consumers.
- Advocate for sustainable technology practices within the AI infrastructure lifecycle.
- Represent the company at high-level industry forums and conferences regarding the future of technology.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI development, system architecture, or policy-making.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning ethics, and responsible AI principles.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth tech environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
