- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation adoption and market readiness by 2026
- Partner with C-suite to secure $50M+ annual budget for future-facing initiatives
- Build and mentor a 15-person Future Strategy division with diverse expertise
- Present quarterly strategic briefings to board members and key investors
- Drive industry thought leadership via whitepapers and executive forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ in C-suite leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services with 2026+ impact
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Published author on exponential technology trends or disruption forecasting
- Experience scaling global teams across 5+ countries
- Proficiency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Causal Map)
- Clearance for federal-level innovation projects (TS/SCI preferred)
