- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate societal, technological, and economic shifts impacting business models
- Present innovation frameworks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Drive implementation of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global trend analysis and patent research
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation management, R&D leadership, or strategic technology roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, PhD in Technology/Engineering preferred)
