Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Define and execute the company's AI roadmap, identifying key trends and opportunities for the 2026 horizon.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership, product teams, and engineering to align AI initiatives with business goals.
- Technology Governance: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage, data privacy, and compliance in an evolving regulatory landscape.
- Resource Allocation: Lead the budgeting and resource planning for high-impact AI projects and talent acquisition.
- Innovation Labs: Drive internal R&D programs to prototype and validate emerging AI technologies before market deployment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and strategists to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within AI or Data Science.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI architectures; ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional teams and driving complex organizational change.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to identify market gaps and translate them into actionable strategic roadmaps.
- Communication: Superior presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
