Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define the technical roadmap and architectural vision for the 2026 AI product suite, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- R&D Oversight: Lead a team of top-tier researchers and engineers in developing proprietary algorithms for predictive modeling and autonomous systems.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure AI infrastructures capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, board members, and technical partners.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
- Talent Development: Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within AI/ML or Big Data.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems. Experience with Quantum Computing interfaces is a strong plus.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of delivering complex AI solutions from concept to production within aggressive timelines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
