Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update customer and company data into our database systems.
- Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries with a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Sort and distribute mail, handle incoming and outgoing packages, and maintain office supplies.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Assist in creating reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in data entry, reception, or administrative support.
- Must possess a typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
