Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with 99% accuracy and typing speeds of 45+ WPM.
- Manage front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and directing inquiries.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for seamless information retrieval.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and general administrative paperwork.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Assist with general office maintenance and supply management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Data Entry Clerk.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-free typing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
