Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and clients with a professional demeanor, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Data Entry Operations: Input, update, and verify data into our internal databases and CRM systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized, digitized, and physical filing systems for contracts, invoices, and client records.
- Communication: Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and mail with professionalism, ensuring timely responses.
- Administrative Support: Assist the management team with basic scheduling, data analysis, and preparing routine reports.
- Inventory Control: Assist in tracking office supplies and inventory levels as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM with high accuracy.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to spot errors and maintain data integrity.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in data entry is preferred, but not required for entry-level candidates.
